Outstanding would be an understatement. They truly care. They answer their phone and e-mails. Excellent communication. 5-stars!

Never work with these people. They lost my wife's permit paperwork and told me all I can do is wait to see if it maybe arrives. USPS tracking shows It was already delivered to their office. Totally incompetent. Nothing but excuses and insincere apologies. They claim to "understand" but really all we are to them is someone they can keep billing month in and month out. They don't care how they're unprofessionalism and incompetence effects people's lives.

I posted a review a couple months ago with 5 stars because i was a client with them it all started good and everything then i paid up to 2k of my 5k balance and missed a couple of payments do to being in a financial situation and being evicted i do admit i wasnt able to commit to the payment arrangment set up and was given before my last court date to pay off the balance or theyd have to depart from my case which i understood because it was in the contract but they took it to the extent to write to the judge handling my case that i was not turning in necessary documents and i wasnt being in contact with the firm when im pretty sure every time i was making the calls and not them contacting me besides the assistant in the main entrance (which by the way has amazing customer service) i sat infront of the judge and felt betrayed because theyd go to that level to make me look bad now im with a new lawywer and im trying to get my file which im sure is not big because they never filed for my work permit but sure as he** took my money now im not writing this review to get a refund or my $50 gift card for starbucks you guys promised for my 5 star review but im writing this to let future clients know of the risk contracting with maria jones law firm

Maria Jones Law Firm, have help my family and me in versus cases, I absolutely recommend.

Estamos muy descontentos con el servicio que nos están brindando. De 2 asistentes que nos an resivido en citas diferentes nos an dicho cosas diferentes. Entregamos papeles que pidieron y dinero en el mes de septiembre el año pasado y asta ahorita no vemos ningún avance de echo no sé a sometido la aplicación que según eyos Iván a someter en un principio que empezamos con el proceso. Ya esta pagado más de la mitad del costo que nos dieron de echo el primer money order lo pidieron para el mes de septiembre del año pasado que lo iban a enviar con una aplicación y resulta que ay lo tienen todavía con eyos no an mandado esa aplicación. Y ahora con las nuevas leyes estamos peligrando no poder arreglar nomás por qué eyos no mandaron esa aplicación antes del 24 de feb. Asi que estamos peor que cuando empesamos

My husband and I submitted the i-130 package with Maria Jones and got approved we were so excited to continue the case when all of a sudden our attorney gives us a call and asks if we have kids or if my husband has some type of medical condition that needs my assistance meaning if we had that type of hardship.. when I said No to both questions (which I had mentioned it before we even started the process and they had said it was okay) the attorney right away told us she had to drop our case and there was nothing else we could do with them and to give them a call back when we have kids .. We were so devastated and disappointed because we had already mentioned in the beginning we didn’t have kids and weren’t planning to anytime soon then all of a sudden they say they “can’t help us anymore.” They could’ve told us that since the beginning in our consultation since we explained everything to them! We honestly felt like they just didn’t want to help us anymore if they just dropped our case just like that!
