If you are looking for a loyal, knowledgeable and hardworking lawyer Mac Nayeri is the one. My husband was in deportation for 20 years and all lawyers we went to they were telling us no one can solve his case;but with Mac dedication and his investigation on my husband case he was able to solve his case. I fully recommend him.

I want to thank attorney Mac Nayeri for the way he handled my husband's case. My husband had been fighting an order of deportation for 5 years. Mr. Nayeri took over my husband's case after attorney Kevin Gibbons mishandled his case. Mr. Nayeri was aggressive and convince the judge to dismiss the order of deportation the day of the trial. Mr. Nayeri was very professional and demonstrated that he cared. He gave us advise and guidance throughout the entire process. We were kept informed and whenever we had questions they were thoroughly and completely answered. I highly recommend Mr. Nayeri and I will certainly use his services again.

My husband was detained by ICE in November 2017, this was a time sensitive situation, I contacted Mac Nayeri office, I talked to Veronica explained to her the situation. His permanent resident card (green card) was taken away because he violated his rights for his green card many years ago. Mac was very upfront. He review the case and gave me and the family options. Communication is the key. Mac and Veronica were always available assisting with questions regarding his case. Mac worked very hard to help us. He not only had a plan A but a plan B. Always prepared. In 2008 I was deported to Mexico. Because I was raised here I came back and got caught second time and was deported to Mexico again. While there the police kidnapped me. I'll say no more about that but its why I came back to the US a third time, again unlawfully. I was recently incarcerated in FCC fighting for CAT because when I was kidnapped by Mexican police they turned me over to sicarrios who beat and tortured me. I hired Attorney Mac Nayeri who fought really hard for months, years really and won my case and who actually got the Judge to say those Mexican police were corrupt. The Judge said that my Attorney works magic. And now I am released thanks to the great work my Attorney did.

Nayeri Law (Mac Nayeri) was my lawyer since 2012, I ran into immigration problem in 2009, I hired a big shot lawyer from San Diego whom I spent so much money on who did absolutely nothing for me but spent all my savings! I hired Mac Nayeri in 2012 who at the time had absolutely no problem taking the case although the case was very complicated but Mac assured me no case is too big or too small! As a Ghanaian born I thought I've seen it all but my case was complicated enough to point where I completely gave up but Mac never did, my last court appearance I told Mac this is the last time I'm coming back to court and Mac looked at me and Said Frank be strong we are almost in the end! Sure enough that was the last time! It was so ordered by the judge to grant me a green card all because of Mac's hard work and dedication! I know Mac through various family members that he has helped with an immigration process. I could not be more grateful towards him! I hired him to handle my application for DACA. The problem was that I didn't fully meet the requirements for DACA because of an exit. Mac was always honest, he told me it would be a difficult case and he was correct. After two years of working with him on my application it was ready, and I had gotten together everything that I could have possibly provided for USCIS. Sadly, I received a letter that stated I was going to denied DACA unless I could provide more paperwork. I had come to terms that I was going to be denied. Mac, however, read the letter of intent to deny and suggested that we sent a letter explaining myself. To my surprise, I received another letter that same month that stated I was approved for DACA. Mac never gave up on my case. He thought of everything that could have possibly helped my case. I highly recommend Mac Nayeri to anyone that needs an immigration lawyer.

My lawyer helped me got my work permit. It was a long process but worth it. I am very thankful for finding such a helful effcient lawyer. I would very much recomend their service. Also has a great assistant, she's super friendly and was always a text away. She answered every question I had quickly. When immigration requested more evidence they were quick to repond with the required documents.

Mac Nayeri is in my opinion one of the best immigration lawyers out there. He helped me get a permanent residency for my wife who had the DACA. Very professional explained exactly what had to be done to make things go smoothly. We are his first same-sex couple to transition from DACA to green card. Which is amazing and groundbreaking.
