Matt Fendon represented me on a very emotional workman's comp case involving death benefits. Matt and his staff were not only professional, but so were sweet and supportive through such a horrible time in my life. Matt was confident we would win, no matter what it took, he was willing stick it out, by my side. Matt Fendon has been fighting for me from the beginning! My case has been complicated from a work injury that hasn't gone well for me. Not only did Matt get my surgery approved for me, he now has pushed to get a piece of equipment my doctor strongly recommends approved after it was denied! I've been a client of Matt Fendon since February 2012. My injuries were with the same company but different insurance co. A real mess and Matt got my neck surgery and what I deserve from that case. Now my lower back is very bad from years on the job and Matt got the case reopened without going to court because he made sure that we had enough evidence to win so the insurance co said ok reopen. I wrote a question on this site for the 1st time. Having never had to deal with a lawyer or Workman's comp. before I needed some help, making sure I was doing things correctly. Matt responded so fast I was shocked, I was also very relieved with the help Matt gave me and all the questions he answered. It is bad enough to be in extreme pain but, this process without knowing how to do it, makes it worse. Matt made my mind feel at ease. He is also awesome on the phone.
