I was in a brutal multiple car accident and their insurance refused to cover my out-of-pocket medical costs. We ended up paying $1000 for the ambulance alone. This is while dealing with my 5th grader who is wrote about how scary it was at school. My first attorney hadn't done any work in my case in over a year, as we were trying to find ways to pay the medical costs ourselves. He kept giving us excuses and saying he would get to it but saw no progress. Days after I talked to Ron we were signing release papers for medical documents. He and his assistant kept me informed at every step of our case and he was professional the entire time. He ended up getting my family money more than what I expected, so now we can make the safety repairs to the house, we had to put off due to the accident.
