They always have answers and good solutions recommend them

I never had experience a worst customer service in my life. My family is suffering consequences now my husband send his DACA paper renewal on March 2nd the firm told him they were going send the paper work to immigration he reach out a month after and the response was that it was up to review that they haven’t send it. My husband tech out again to know what was going on because he never received a letter from immigration confirmation that papers were received now they are saying they just summited his application on may 9th his work permit expires on the end of may my husband has to work we are in the process of buying a house which we can’t do because of this process the firm charge my husband $1,000.00 for their services not including the $ 500.00 of the application fee. I do not recommend this firm we are really worried about what is going to happen.

Don’t waist your time here, definitely not worth it. My husband paid $500 for reports to be ran, and when we ask for a copy of the reports we get told to wait 30 business days, after that still nothing. Very unprofessional seems to me like all there in for is the $$$. If i could give no stars i would. No gasten su tiempo ni dinero, puras falsas esperanzas aqui.

I spoke with Felix, he was very honest and open with me in regards to my case and I felt like he offered me informs about what was best for me. Not himself, I have a very important decision to make and Felix took his time going into depth about things to help me with that which isn’t something I’ve been able to come across. I’d definitely recommend this firm to ANYONE!
