Beautiful place

I received an unsolicited letter from them stating I had been arrested and soliciting for their legal services. I have never been arrested. I called to ask why I received this letter and what their source of information for my supposed “arrest” was. With my name and address information, which was on their letter, they couldn’t give me the information. They wanted my birthday to supposedly look it up. I wasn’t about to give that to them. They sent the letter. Shouldn’t they be able to state the source of the information they used to send it? Or are they just blanketing the populace in general with their solicitation?
