The phone call every client wants to hear, "YOU WERE GRANTED A FULLY FAVORABLE DECISION ON YOUR APPEAL". My decision to choose Phillips/Dayes disability was the right choice and the best choice. Martha was my contact between myself, my lawyer, and SSA and did one hell of a job with gathering records, meeting me during walk-ins visits, and most important returning calls and emails. A-1 job!!! I read some negative reviews about this law firm and would like to say sorry for your troubles but, I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who truly deserves Social Sercurity benefits. I know each case is different and not everyone win but, to blame the firm is not the way. My family and I would like to thank you guys and wish the firm the best of luck. "FULLY FAVORABLE".

I began in 2002 trying get approved for benefits fast foward to 2015 i called and talked with Phillips Disability. Fast foward to my case july 9th 2019 they got me approved for ssi and ssd thank you very much

I was happy with the initial response to my inquiry regarding a potential case (both on the live chat and the phone). The woman who called back was kind, asked more questions, pre-scheduled me for a free in-person consultation, then said she'd call in a couple of days to confirm it. After not receiving the promised call a few days later, I called back; same woman said she was about to call me, but that she'd call me the next day to arrange a phone consultation (not an in-person anymore). You guess right: the woman (first initial is "E") did not call me back the following day (or ever again for that matter). I suppose my case did not interest the Smith & Green law office after my first call. I can understand that, no problem. The woman could have just said that, and maybe apologize. Customer service 101, and simple honesty. Smith & Green: keep your promises. Call when you say you will. Do what you say you will. I’m pretty sure you are good attorneys, but your law’s office customer service just earns two stars.

I had a long journey with this company, but I will say, THEY ARE EXCELLENT! I recommend them. I have cognitive issuses and ill tell u that having them back me up 100% on things I didn't understand was the best decision i could have made. They were completely understanding and compassionate. They made sure my voice was heard and were prepared to fight for me! Thank u from the bottom of my heart Phillips Disability now known as Dayes Disability. Mr Sanford Blau was amazing!!!

I have finally been approved for Disability, The lawyer was there with me through the hearing and sat patiently while I asked all my questions. The paralegals were great at answering questions as well (email better than phone). I really appreciate all they did for me!

They are awsome my husband just got approved for his SSI Disability. It did take time but hey we on our own got denied Phillip's Disability got his claim approved!!! Thank. You

This place is awful! They messed everything up for my son to get SSI and I had to re-file everything again myself! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!👎🏻
