Give them a call! I really didn't think I had any options, I knowingly entered a loan, and I knowingly defaulted, at the last minute I called and spoke to Shawn. He was very confident and knowledgeable, he even removed unnecessary services so I could hire him for a very reasonable fee. Shawn and his assistant Joe communicated everything in a very timely manner and were able to settle my case fast and for a much lower amount than what I was facing. 20/10 will recommend to everyone I know and I will be hanging onto this contact.

Good law firm and fairly priced to. They also notify you when a lawsuit is filed against you so I knew when to dodged the process servers and went straight to settling the debt without it going legal.

This was a great experience! Everyone I encountered there was very friendly. Attorney Stone explained everything and put me at ease. My case was dealt with very quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend!

It couldn’t be less helpful nor more disrespectful. He showed up 20minutes late unapologetically, without asking me what is the issue starts by complaining why the forms are not fully written. Then, gives a very general statement that probably could find it myself in the footnotes. He is not a lawyer to go to for debt collection nor employment nor anything that I think you could figure out yourself by a simple google or go to someone who would actually treat you as a human being and go through details of your options making sure you understand everything.

Obviously they have more than enough business than to want to earn ours. Set up an appointment for 430pm today, arrived at 430, filled out the intake paperwork and waited for 30 min. Went up to the receptionist, who called in again and she relayed to me that someone would be out in just a few minutes. Gave them another 15 minutes and then left. It was disrespectful to take our time away from us when my wife is supposed to be in bed for work at 1am. Update: Shawn Stone called and apologized without any reservation or excuse, Thank you. He talked to me over the phone about our concerns and reassured us that it will be ok and he will be starting to help us tomorrow. I like a person that can admit a mistake and genuinely wants to make it right. I don't see much of that anymore. Thank you Shawn!
