I cannot express enough how appreciative I am for their understanding, compassion, and dedication to helping me. This has been a tough road for me both mentally and physically. I have dedicated the last 18 years to my career in Corrections. I have fought to save my life and the life of others throughout my career. Now I'm relying on Mr. Weekly to fight to get my mental and physical health back so I can be the effective and dedicated officer I was before my injury. They were very helpful and on point in getting things rolling on my workers comp case

After injuring my back really bad at work and being told by two doctors that I needed surgery workers comp sent me to another doctor that said I wasn't a candidate for surgery and that I could return to work on light duty. After workers comp received those notes from that doctor they decided to close my case. When I found out they had closed my case I immediately called Snow, Carpio & Weekley, PLC, after making the initial call I received an immediate call back from Cyndi to schedule a consultation for the following day. The following day I had the consultation with Martha Diaz. We went over how the injury occurred any MRI's and doctors notes. She was very professional, reassuring and got straight to the point saying that we would appeal workers comps decision and that this law firm was going to help me get thru this. Martha Diaz told me I would be receiving some paperwork from Cyndi to be signed electronically but due to a technical issue I couldn't receive the emails but Cyndi was very helpful and found a way to send them to me to get everything started. Cyndi and Martha Diaz were very helpful, understanding, professional and caring about their clients. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone and will be letting family and friends know about them.
