This place is ridiculous! Never got any call backs with my case. I had to call them everytime. They didn't have all my information at all before going to court! When I called in and mind you they never called to update me I found out they were missing info and needed it before court. Found this out a few days before my hearing. Charles Wilmer was one of 2 people that worked my case. I was never told my lawyer changed. I found out when I called in and they couldn't find my lawyer. The receptionist then told me oh it looks like your lawyer changed. It was very frustrating. Charles Wilmer didn't even have my information when he met up with me right before my hearing. When I first met with him about 2 months before my hearing he didn't have my info with him, he didn't act like he cared, didn't know the background to my case, and was very short with answers. He told me before my hearing that I was probably not going to win my case due to my age. He also lied to my wife when she asked him if they had all my info from the hospital. He then proceeds to tell my wife day of the hearing that they in fact did not! Rude! This company is very lazy! They were also supposed to contact the judge after the case due to the missing info. They never did! They never provided the judge any info about the medical records. Complete waste of time!
