I had a very unusual case. After meeting with Kathryn and explaining my situation, she was 100% on board. She spent a lot of time researching medical facts and went the extra mile to find a forensic expert that provided invaluable information. During the hearing she was presented with a surprise expert witness by the opposing side. She swiftly took command of the situation and was able to depose the witness and show said witness was not qualified to provide expert testimony. Kathryn is professional, focused, thorough and quick thinking. She made sure I was kept well informed and explained all my options as well as possible outcomes. I cannot say enough good things about her and the job she did.
