Not only was I extremely pleased with the outcome of my divorced, but I am super impressed with the level of care Kylie had for my case, my wants, and most importantly my Children. A very good friend of mine had highly recommended Angela Duhon. As it turned out her case load was full and could not take my case. I ended up being blessed with Kylie Huffman-shayeb. She is caring on top of the case and usually response to an email within the hour. She’s even responded on holidays or weekends when she really doesn’t have to. The father’s attorney never showed up for court would always extend things and never had any of the paper work he needed in on time. It also seemed like his lawyer was using another vacation as an excuse to delay things. This attorney had a two star rating on google which answered a lot of my questions. I looked at Kylie’s reviews and of Course they where perfect I was very pleased with her. My first court case, my son was placed back into my custody after losing him to DCS. The father even abandoned his apartment and moved out of state so I couldn’t track him down . She was able to figure this all out for me. I didn’t really have anyone to help me. I had done all that I could, and I felt lost. She took care of everything. I definitely felt comfortable asking her anything she was always so kind and had a great point of view. She really knows the ropes and most of my attorney fees were owed back to me.

I used Kylie Huffman-Shayeb for my divorce case involving three minor children. She is considerate and pays very close attention to detail. Her communication to the court on my behalf was very precise, detailed and accurate. She knew exactly what my needs and concerns were, and she expressed them to the court in the best manner possible. In the end, my case never went to trial because we settled it through mediation. Kylie helped me mediate with my ex-wife's side. I do sometimes regret making the decision to try and solve things amicably (it was never amicable with my ex-wife) so we can all move on with our lives, but I'm sure if I did decide to go to trial, Kylie would have represented me well.

I hired Kylie to help me with a complicated divorce case and another child custody case. She was incredible and helped anyway possible to get what I wanted for both my kids. She knew I wanted my kids to have similar parenting plans so made sure they were as close as possible. She always responded to me in a timely manner and I always felt very heard by her. She’ll give you multiple options to achieve what you want, and even give a breakdown of what the cost may be for each choice which is something I really appreciated.
