Sophia went above and beyond as my attorney. Even before I hired her, she listened to my situation, even calling me back at 10 pm! She seemed to genuinely care and show interest in some of the technicalities. She eased my worries and was always prompt answering any and all questions. In the long run I am very glad I hired her. All three of my charges were dropped!!!

I was cited for criminal speeding on the 17 N. I promptly contacted several lawyers the next morning. Many of which either wanted to charge me for a consultation, took a day to call me back, wanted to charge considerably more, all while saying that they believed it was going to be difficult to get the citation reduced to a civil infraction. When I called Ms. Augeri's office, I was immediately transferred to her and spent over 30 minutes discussing my case. In July 2014, I was arrested in Flagstaff, Arizona for extreme DUI and a red light violation. Embarrassingly, this wasn't my first DUI. I phoned Sophia on a Sunday evening and spoke briefly. In May of 2013 I was arrested for DUI drugs in Flagstaff, Az. I had gotten off work at around midnight and was riding my motorcycle around town before going home.
