Stephanie Lakes office has very poor service and she’s not much better herself I have received very little help from them and almost can’t get them to call me back at all

I was denied the first time I applied for disability. A previous client recommended Attorney Stephanie Lake. I consulted with the Attorney and hired her too assist me. I was denied disability my first time. I had used a different law office that time. Frustrated I found Stephanie Lake and her firm. Let me tell you it's was a totally different experience from start to finish. They made me feel like they cared about me as a person and my claim. I live in northern Arizona so my claim was handled remotely through the mail, emails and on the phone. They were fantastic!!! They kept me updated on a regular basis, responded to my questions or concerns promptly and supplied pre postage envelopes. The prep they put into my ALJ hearing was amazing. Needless to say I received a Fully Favorable decision. Stephanie Lake and her staff made all the difference.
