Best Attorney

Dont believe the 5 star reviews, they are fake or bought. I went to see this lawyer for a WC case. Initially he came off as very rude, unethical and unempathetic. He boasted how he was related to the doctors from "important" DISC (Desert Institute for Spine Care). He was very arrogant and it was all about how much money he was going to make off me. I got the impression he would sell me out to the insurance if the check was the right amount. He doesnt care for his potential clients. He sees them as cash cows. You better make a lot of money for him to take your case otherwise he will charge you a retainer fee in the thousand$$$$. His office is in a sketchy part of central phx. He even mocked how much money i made and education level. Do not even go this sleaze of a lawyer. He is nothing but a third rate lawyer who looks and acts like an alcoholic, wife beating used car salesman. Hes got issues with women, If youre a female like i am he will talk over you the whole time and disregard and dismiss you and question your intelligence

i researched alot of law firms today and I can honestly say that i dealt with not so nice people in the race for a team that is professional and courteous and understands . .. i have a deadline to figure things out and already completely frustrated with the bad energy of the well educated members of the firms i was in contact with whats interesting is that i spoke directly an attorney who made a statement that by far is beyond me .. so fast forward i said let me just call this law group and then call it a day.. when i called i was greeted by a very professional and concerned member of this amazing law group.. because there is a deadline the frustration was overwhelming already before i made the call to this law group so i really wasnt expecting a good response from the recieving end.. HANDS DOWN , E-RANDI is a phoenemnal part of this team and plays a intricate roll in the positons she holds ... i call it front door of a business .. the first person you encounter in a business will either represent well for the team and be a supperstar or will make it so unprofessional bad rep of the brand.. its almost like buying food at a restaraunt with pictures that display what you want to order. its looks good , and then .... well.. so anyways E-RANDI you rock and i am absolutely in awwe of how you handle my call .. You new how to descalate the frustration in me by utilizing your skills and being listener and a thinker added and very patient.. Mr. Weston Montrose is an excellent attorney. He maintains excellent communications via phone and mail. His assistant and staff work very well with him to keep everything moving. He fights the insurance company to win or settle your claim to get the best benefits and compensation he can. I definitely recommend his services if you find yourself up against a workman's comp denial. Always remember to try to do everything per your companies policy when reporting claims.
