I've come to realize attorneys in AZ won't take on a case if it involves too much work... they want the easy cases and/or too much money. Pretty sad when so much wrongful termination happens with employers in AZ as it is a 'right to work' state.

David was able to reach a settlement for me when on my own I kept being stonewalled by personnel in higher positions. David started with a 60-day demand letter to this government entity. He followed up when we heard nothing at 60 days. He learned the request had "fallen through the cracks!" He continued to make calls, justifying that I deserved payment of back wages. A settlement finally came, including payment to cover most of his fee. I appreciate that David continued to chip away at what seemed impossible.

David Kresin helped me through a very difficult time in my life when my former employer of 24 years violated my civil rights by not hiring me for a part time job that I was qualified for, after I had retired from the City with an unblemished record. Because I was very candid about the organization in my Exit Interview, they violated my First Amendment rights to Freedom of Speech and David was able to make a case against them. While the outcome was not exactly what I had hoped for, the City did settle which indicated that they knew they had violated the law. David Kresin was extremely professional and knowledgeable and walked me through every aspect of the case, both positive and negative which gave me an informed outlook on what direction my decisions should take.
