Raquel Dawson at attorney Lloyd Baker was amazing and very easy person to deal with. I appreciate every thing you all have done for me in my case.

The process was quite slow but that's a given for any case and I was given updates along the way. My medical fees were taken care of, the attorney fee was fair, and paper work was next to nothing. The staff were all friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable or answer difficult questions. I'd definitely go to them again.

When i Called them they were at my door the next day, it took a while and at some points i thought they may have even forgotten about me but that was because they were fighting really hard to build up the amount of money from the other insurance and lower the doctor bills, i went from the first offer of only getting about 3.4k and i was really disappointed cause my motorcycle was completely totaled and my shoulder was fractured, after like 2-3 months of fighting they got it all the way up to 16k for my pocket instead, they mean business and are on your side! At first with how much the hospital bills were and they take of the money i was only going to get 12k, but they felt bad that they were going to make more money from it then i would so they decided to match me and let me keep an extra 4.1k cause of it, like that's pretty amazing to say the least.

I would highly suggest stay away from them. Took over a year and in that year was assigned several different para legals. During that year as well, I kept having to repeat myself to everyone and every new para legal I was assigned to never had an updated report. Terrible experience.

I had my accident back in November of 2015 and Lloyd Baker was able to take on my case immediately. Within 6 months, I was able to get my car fixed and everything was negotiated and finalized. The staff is very helpful and responsive to my emails and questions. Would go to them in the future again.
