We use to love this office but customer service is bad now, if you come to then with a problem they dont know why it happened. I have nothing to say about lizbeth since shes the reason we stayed there, shes super professional and honest but we cant speak to her we got to talk to other ppl and now my husban will provably not become a US Citizen because the lady that help us out didnt even know how to direct us to the proper solution .

I'm glad to have a firm with individuals not only specializing in immigration, but they are a team and work together to provide the strongest defense possible. This law office is amazing! They are truly committed to helping people. Not only do they do their job but they genuinely care about you. They actually listen to you and do absolutely everything in their power to help you. We are currently helping my father with his immigration status with them and they are so a tuned with us. We had recently received a letter and we didnt understand as to what it asking so we called the office and they assisted us right away. Not only did they tell us what it said but they specifically told us what it was asking for and where we could go get the documents. They really go above and beyond for people. I definitely recommend anyone who needs help to come here!! I'm so grateful for their help!

I had a consultation & a person named Lizbeth was absolutely rude to my husband & I. We went in around 10 mins early for our appointment, it was their lunch hour. She thought we had opened the door when the door was completely open all the way! She asked the secretary (secretary was very kind by the way) "How the hell did they open the door if it was locked?" She replied that the door was never closed/ locked. Perhaps she thought we didn't know any English because she said it right in from of us. And that's the reason we didn't go back. I was a little disappointed because my dad has been going to this law office & he recommended it to me.

Though I was referred second party to Solomon & Relihan it didn't relieve me of a certain amount of trepidation with going out on a limb and trusting this or any other firm with my case. Andy Walker was the first person I met and he set about openly and clearly discussing everything including rates and processes. He and Mariam handled my affairs in an effecient and professional manner and kept me appraised of developments along the way. Further, the settlement was significantly higher than the intial consultation estimate which was a nice bonus. I hope to never need their services again, but would highly recommend them as they did what they said they would do - only better. I'm a pretty cynical guy, but in my dealing with everyone at the firm its apparent they are the real deal.
