Great experience. They were always aware of what was coming and were two steps ahead always. I would get a letter in the mail from the Social Security Department and they would already have a response written before I even called. Always answered my calls and explained everything they were doing.

I came down with throat cancer , and other complications and they were there for me 100 pct. They handled my case in a timely fashion and were professional, informative and thorough. They reassured me and put me at ease. The were 100 pct dedicated, and were successful in winning my case.

I had a good experience here. They stayed on top of things with my case. They were responsive when contacted. I would have liked for someone to reach out, as a courtesy, to let me know everything was going well. I had to make the contact. It gets frustrating when a month or two go by without a call. I just like to know everything is moving in the right direction.
