I can't even give this law group a star but I have to put something to enter in a review... I will start off I am a mother of 3 that where involved in a not at fault accident. Adam represented my children and put in a good front in the initial consultation. Then a month later flip things around and got upset that my children were not following through with the chiropractor. We were being quarantined as recommend by a family Dr as a family member became positive with covid. Then Adam called me upset that my children were not following through with the chiropractorand told me this is the only way to get money... he said he was dropping my kids and to go somewhere else like Learner & Rowe then hung up without letting me further explain my situation. Crazy, I am glad I saw this side a month after signing with this law group and how embarrassing to be a law firm and act like teenagers where u hang up on clients. Still wondering when someone will respond where my son's car is...

From my experience, Rack Law Group offers a very honest and trustworthy service. Their staff is also very kind and helpful.

Was represented by a guy named Adam Rack. He represented me very poorly. The guy told me I could walk away with all my bills paid from the settlement and I should be grateful for that. Instead of him doing his job he made me collect all my medical bills from the providers who treated me and pretty much made me do all his work. The whole time he tried to demean me as a human being and tried to argue with me on why I do and don’t deserve a settlement. In the end I had to take him to court. He’s a very sneaky guy and will try to take advantage of you! I strongly recommend you go to a different firm! If you’re ready this message it’s not too late to find different representation. Please take it from me!

Great customer service from beginning to end :)

Doing my research online I decided to contact the disability lawyers of Arizona specifically Roeschke law LLC. I found 2 phone numbers for them online the 1st phone number I called was answered by saying "rescue law". I wasn't familiar with rescue law so I hung up. I called the 2nd number which was at 1 800 number and the girl once again Answered the phone rescue law. I told the girl I was trying to contact disability lawyers of Arizona Roeschke law LLC. She responded by saying "yeah same thing". My confidence was dropping at this moment. She then asked me if I would like a free consult and I answered yes. She said she would connect me with somebody that could help me out .she did transfer me to a number that put me on hold for over 5 minutes . This Was my 1st contact with them and certainly not a good impression. My 1st thought was if this is how they treat a new potential client how do they treat existing clients . Very frustrating and disappointing. I spent a lot of time on my research and this was very very disappointing.I hope My experience was the exception and not the rule. Thanks.

This was the best decision I made when applying for disability. I worked with Sarah and she was wonderful. She took care of gathering medical info and walked me through necessary paperwork. She took care of any inquiries from social security and kept me posted during the process. Peter was my attorney when my hearing came up and walked me through what questions may be asked of me.
