I am currently losing thousands I have a legitimate consumer complaint but because I cannot speak to an actual attorney because I didn't wreck my car or file a claim with my insurance I'm
a sole proprietor and another business took advantage of the fact they have money I'm in the whole $20000 and when I prove to the judge the four elements I can show that and I have it the defendants intent, I'll collect probably only what I have lost I needed an attorney for credibility to get punitive damages but I'll never use Morgan and Morgan that message you play for people all warm and fuzzy just shows why people can't stand attorneys.

They started out being great and enthusiastic about helping. After a month i was recommended i settle. The amount i was told didnt make sense as i was positive it was lower than i should get for the issues i am currently expericening in a worker comp related case. My case manager remains unreachable for over a month and the attorney last spoke 3 weeks ago. This is after numerous calls voicemails text messages. I reached out to the custo er expierence team who has yet to ever follow up with me. Im typing while on hold to that team for the third time since they began helping me in jan. I am unable to ever get my team to actually make progress or say what id be ok with getting. . they havent set a plan of approach what i could take them to court. They wont proactively reach me and explain anything . their help is never there and they were so positively eager to help but i feel have been wasting time. I had a petition to reopen a claim canceled for a settlement recommendation thats fallen back to litigation but there no communication with my team. The ssi benifits i need due to this was just denied after 3 calls but they wont explain why. This call im on was started by me hearing a guy yelling in spanish to someone and im on hold more than on call. The guy is transferring me to their customer expierence team. Says i have someone to help and am met with an automated message to hold for next rep. I am terrified of wasting time and its the only reason i have yet to find someone else. I think if you call youll here prerecorded messages from the founder that are ultimately lies because there is no progress and no help. This isnt my initial thoughts but what i wish i did was choose a better lawyer firm. Im homeless unable to work while prolonging this wrongfully closed claim from reopening and unable to be compensated for time loss and with no explination to their refusal to help with disability benifits. If multiple attempts to contactact them from both myself and the reps themselves arent enough to prompt communication, best believe 2 complaints filed in addition to a third right now doesnt either. If i maintain this firm best believe i wont go forward paying them out 25% for such misery, uncertainty and lack of honest concern for their work that hasnt made progress
