Would give a higher rating if I could. Mr. Tocchini was extremely helpful and courteous in assisting a friend of mine in the visa process. He was patient with non native English speakers and accommodating with different methods of international communication. I feel like I received much more than I paid for.

I set-up a 15 minute intake call with the firm through their website. Did not get a call at the scheduled time. When I called their office to see what happened and speak to someone, I was asked to upgrade to a 'strategy session' and wanted my email address for marketing purposes. Receptionist was not helpful at all in trying to figure out and fix the issue of my intake call. Was told someone would call me back. They value/sell their time but have no regard for the value of other people's time.
