Lack of responsiveness in some cases
“Sadly I am a repeat client! I am a commercial truck driver and the two tickets I have ever gotten were in AZ! They were referred to me I have used them for both tickets (serious tickets) I could not be more thrilled with the outcome! The staff communicated and answered my questions as the cases progressed! I'm just very pleased and happy! I hope I don't need them again but i certainly would recommend them!”

NOW , WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED AND PAID ANOTHER $162.00 FOR TRAFFIC TICKET!!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CASE/TICKET; THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, YOU WILL PAY THEM!!!! YOU WILL END UP CHARGED AND YOU PAY FULL CHARGE FOR TICKET!!!! TIME AND MONEY WASTED!!!!”
