From the moment I first contacted the firm I was impressed with their quick and professional response to me. I never felt like I was actually doing the work while they sat back and let me do it all. They asked some questions and went to work. When I called and asked to speak to my lawyer I always got a call back rather quickly. My lawyer always knew how important the hearings outcome was to my survival and he treated me with care and concern. And if the bottom line is all you care about, we won!

I would highly recommend Roeschke Law, as they did a superb job in representing my SSI case. Mr. Flood was my lawyer , I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain procedures and any questions I had.

Following my original post of this review I received a contact from K Roeschke, the lead attorney. He has taken steps to help change this review and potentially the course of the case. All I wanted is for someone to put forth proper effort, so my review is now on HOLD. I believe in making things right, so I will be writing a follow up review after the resolution is complete. Two years of working with this attorney firm and they NEVER called to update me on Anything to do with my case. When I would call, they would return the call, but Nothing proactive. When it came time for trial, I was assigned to Preston for a Hearing Attorney. My experience was that of total disinterest and I had the feeling the attorney was sleep walking throughout the process. It was a phone trial due to Covid-19 restrictions. My court attorney said NOTHING during the trial and didn't object when the job guy used his "personal discretion" to reclassify my job classification- not the law mind you, his personal experience. Preston didn't take the time or initiative to Understand my case and therefore was Woefully lacking in the ability to represent me. He told me not to worry and that he would file an appeal, but it could take another 9 months. Finally get something in the mail saying that the appeal was denied and ... Ultimate result... I AM STILL disabled and unable to work, but they have now closed my case and given me no benefits. Preston just says he didn't expect it to turn out this way. I was very POORLY Represented and would recommend against Anyone going through the type of experience that I did with this firm.

love this place would give more stars if I could. everyone is professional and does a great job!
