Yesterday I closed out my case with Rack Law Group. Ironically, they have represented me twice over the past several years. Both accidents were not my fault, and this last one was bad. Adam and Anthony saw me through this once more and took great care of me. My confidence in these men is without saying. They have shown compassion and support and fought hard for me. I can never find the words to truly explain how much this has meant to me. I am a teacher, and they have made a difference in the quality of my life. From the bottom of my heart, I say thank you.

This place i imagine is good if you have an easy case but if you're like me and they have to fight, they won't even take your case. 2 mins on a phone call and I was told they can't help me. I'm sick and I need help, I thought that's what y'all were here for. 1/5 would not recommend

Unfortunately, my health kept deteriorating and I had to stop working as a Registered Nurse. I came across Roeschke Law during my search for professional assistance in considering applying for Disability. I met with Kiel and spoke about my health issues and asked for his professional opinion about my unique circumstances (for no charge). After listening to a brief summary of my conditions, Kiel advised he would represent me at No Charge and would only get paid if I received a favorable outcome. This turned into almost 3 years later...when I was scheduled to have a hearing to determine my status. My hearing ended up being the day before a Holiday weekend and Kiel was scheduled to be out of town. He gave me 2 options...continue as scheduled with his partner Peter or reschedule which could add 6-12 months of wait time for another hearing. I opted to continue with Peter and was pleasantly surprised after speaking with Peter and learning Kiel and Peter would seamlessly transition my case. Peter immediately contacted me to make sure I was comfortable with the transition and during the discussion it was obvious he was completely aware of the facts of my case. My contacts at the office remained the same and all parties would dedicate themselves to preparations for my hearing (Thank you Cori...my case contact). Secondary to the hard work, professionalism, and constant communication with Attorney Kiel, Attorney Peter, and Cori, I received a favorable outcome in September 2020! They went out of their way to make sure everything for my case was taken care of and all I had to do was concentrate on healing. They checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was doing well. They worked so hard at getting me the most from the insurances to cover my medical bills. They are a deadly combo when it comes to making sure you are taken care of, they give attention to every detail. You won't be disappointed by having them work your case.

My husband was awarded disability 9 months after applying. First, I'd like to credit Cori for figuring out the seemingly impossible (i.e. I'd go to doctors and forget their names and when I went, but perhaps remember their specialties and she'd figure it out based on unusual details like what part of town the medical transportation company took me to and what I remembered of my surroundings that day). Thank you from the bottom of my heart Cori. You stayed strong, smart and all around awesome beyond words. I'll always have a deep gratitude for you for that and many other reasons. The year or two prior to my hearing were such a blur, I had lost track of my specialist doctors, what years I moved, held jobs, etc. But when I talked to Mr. Canova he was so nice, comforting and patient. Had we not gotten a favorable decision, it would have been all my fault. Mr. Canova is truly amazing at what he does. As I got worked up because I couldn't remember things and it's important to tell the 100% truth, but a few times I couldn't remember or put the words together. So I was ready as I could be but just couldn't remember details of, for example, all I did at some particular jobs. I stutter too, and that was embarassing. Mr. Canova knew my evolution so thoroughly, he was able to keep our Hearing moving forward and on track, even though I was not very helpful. He was beyond prepared and knew things I had forgotten. He seemed to be presenting things in perfect order. Thanks to Mr. Canova, I am getting much needed help and my new medical team is chipping away at all possible causes for what happened. I am confident my new medical team will get me back as good as can be and fingers crossed back to work! But I literally could not have done it without Mr. Canova and Cori. In a nutshell, and it's still hard to word things right, but not only would I recommend him; I would be hard pressed to think of a lawyer who could have done all he did, and especially the way he did it, with my dignity intact.

Was extremely satisfied with my case worker and whenever paperwork would come in the mail and I didnt quite understand, I would call the office. Often leaving a message, but my call was quickly returned, and my questions were answered clearly leaving me feeling like I understood the forms and comfortable signing them. Was also please with the fees my lawyers were payed. And feel that it was a fair fee and worth every penny. Probably deserved more for the frustration and confusion and stress it took away from me. Thank you dearly for the time you put into helping me establish my claim. It gave me little life back I wasn't sure I'd ever have again. Since my award I have paid off a court fine. I have purchased a car and I have been able to pay my mother back, for all she has done for me. And that alone meant the most to me. Again Thank you for your help and I have referred you to many others and shall continue to do so
