I filed for Social Security disability myself. After I was denied I contacted Roeschke Law. They filed an appeal for me. I was denied again. They filed an appeal and went with me when I went in front of the judge. If I hadn’t appealed I never would have gotten approval.

They listened to my concerns and represented my despite coming late to the process. My case was a tough one, but I won, and I am so grateful that Roeschke Law took my case and saw it through.

Without them I wouldn’t have gotten my disability, very friendly and always answered my calls no matter what.

I, like so many, never expected to need a personal injury attorney. Rack Law Group is a distance from where I live, and I’m glad I didn’t let the travel stop me from working with them. Adam, Anthony and their entire staff are empathetic, understanding, patient and informative. They also all have great senses of humor and see you as a person, not an income opportunity. My two in-person appointments to sign paperwork were on time. Most of the communication was done by email and phone, even pre-COVID. They share a common reception area with other businesses. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary during your wait. Masks are required during the pandemic. I hope you never need a personal injury attorney. However, if you or someone you know does, I highly recommend RLG. The settlement I received was higher than expected. They work with your medical providers to reduce your expenses and increase YOUR settlement, not their piece of the pie.

ROESCHKE NEVER CAME TO COURT FOR THE COURT DATE AFTER 2 YRS. HE SENT ANOTHER ATTY WHO SHOWED UP NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE CASE AND THE FACT I WAS HAVING STENT SURGURY 2 DAYS AFTER THAT COURT DATE. I WAS TOLD ATTY ROESCHKE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME. I HAD NEVER EVEN MET THE ONE HE SENT ON MY DAY IN COURT.

STOP! NO NEED TO LOOK FURTHER! I'm so grateful this was the law firm I chose. They settled my case in 9 months, while several others can take years. They let you know they are in the ring with you and diligent to help you win all that you should be entitled to. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I live 200 miles away from Phoenix and everything went smoothly so don't allow distance to keep you from contacting them.I did not have to drive to the firm at all.
