My chiropractor referred me to Rack Law Group, and I am so grateful that he did so. Left to my own negotiating skills, I would have been $7k short on paying off my totaled car, and would likely have limited my medical care due to cost. Instead, Adam and Anthony ensured that I received medical care without payment due until the case was settled, and I also received a generous settlement after the doctors and the Rack Law Group were paid for their work. The entire crew is kind, helpful and I would recommend that anyone who has been involved in a car accident work with the Rack brothers and their awesome staff.

I found this firm via the great reviews online however my experience with them was far from great. I called to discuss setting up a meeting regarding legal representation and was told the initial “meetings” were via the phone. A time was scheduled for them to call me and have this phone meeting the next day however no call was received. I then called them and throughout the interaction the lady took down relevant information but was also not very encouraging about anyone receiving disability at this time due to “so many people filing.” Nevertheless she told me she would consult one of the attorneys there and see if my case should be considered, stating I would receive a call back either that afternoon or the next morning. Needless to say I haven’t received a call back. The lawyers may be top notch at this firm but good luck getting access to them. I will not be calling them back again as I feel uncomfortable having someone possibly represent me legally when they cannot return a phone call.

This Law Office did exactly as promised. They were always available to help with issues that arose, and we always prompt, kind, and polite. I would recommend their services without reservation.

I contacted this company as their site abuses they help with over 50 disability claims. I explained how confused I was. She advised me to contact social security. I explained I need help dealing with them. Again, all I received was the brush off. Very disappointing, and now I'm more frustrated than ever.
