This law office is superb! They answered every call and they did great getting back with me to update. This is my 3rd time using them and I suggest no one else!

Retained him back in 2020 shortly after I was served a search warrant non-arrest. I would call in or email my assigned attorney periodically and ask about the status of said investigation. Every time I called/emailed, it was basically "nothing going on, we'll ask DK to talk to the PD investigator" DK is Suzuki's in-house investigator. Unbeknownst to me there was a warrant for an indictment, issued roughly 1 year after. Again - I spoke with my assigned attorney (Had 3 different attorneys by the way. 2 quit his office during this time period) before the indictment AND after, but, they didn't say anything to me about this warrant. Fast forward to December 2023. I get pulled over in another state because of a license plate light out. Told I had an active fugitive warrant out of Arizona from 2021. Was taken to jail in NM. Tried getting hold of my newly assigned attorney Colin, no response. Finally was able to communicate with him through my significant other. Was told they'll be with me when I get extradited back to Arizona. Roughly 30 days later I'm back in Arizona and have my first hearing. Was fully expecting to have my attorney present, but nothing. I ended up firing them and hiring an attorney that used to work for them. He has been excellent so far. Suzuki knows who I'm talking about - it's on record. Now read carefully what I'm about to say. These guys did absolutely nothing. Suzuki himself will say "My team spent 100's of hours on your VERY seriously case" which ensures you understand that you'll NEVER get your retainer back. IF they did do their job, I wouldn't have found out by accident that I had a fugitive warrant. The entire goal was to self surrender with the attorney by my side and go from there - they failed. Made me look like I was actively running from the warrant. Not a good look. My next step is filing a complaint with the Arizona Bar for unethical misconduct - financial injury.

We had the pleasure to work with Marc Adair. Mr Adair is an excellent attorney who really knows the law and works seamlessly with his clients. He listens to his clients and councils them based on his many years of practice. I would highly recommend Mr. Adair.

Wow! I gotta say thank you to Mr. SEAN McNally. Nearly 3 years and 3 Attorneys after my case was opened i can proudly say I was found not guilty of misconduct involving weapons. After the first 2 private attorneys refused to hear me and only tried to force me to take a deal. Then the court-appointed me an attorney who really didnt care at which point i knew I needed to find Help. Mr. Sean McNally did just that he helped me in many ways in a very short period of time. I am incredibly please with how well Mr. McNally represented me, he listened and understood what i was feeling and dealt with it appropriately. Rather then take a deal he went to bat for me and smacked it out of the ball park. I have a future still, thanks to Mr. McNally and his staff over at Suzuki Law (Rebecca, DK). Risk vs reward, the reward is and was definitley worth the risk and if given the opputunity id do it all over again except Sean and Suzuki Law would be my first choice!!!
