I have had a whole lot of things to wrong in the past year and this was the first time I got into a wreck and honestly I had no idea of what to do. Several people mentioned that I should call Learner and Rowe and get my case handled. I was referred to a chiropractor and got treatment for my personal injury. Douglas S. Younglove is a great attorney and practices multiples lines. I would highly recommend his services if you need an attorney for personal injury or business! He has handles a previous case for me that resulted in excellent outcomes that would not have happened if I did not have legal counsel. The insurance company and the person who hit me, a Extreme DUI driver with more than twice the limit of legal alcohol in his system while operating a vehicle, and hit me head on, were avoiding my mere demands of paying for my vehicle and extensive medical costs, thus leaving me no choice but to seek his advice. He settled the case out of court and I received fair compensation for my injuries, vehicle replacement and medical bills. Additionally, I ended up in another accident with a red-light runner, which he is currently handling for me and with great progress to date. Lastly, I had a situation in business that involved a party who was seeking legal action against me for financial gain, based on perception of the laws regarding copyright when the subject matter was public images and substance, he wrote a firm letter and forced the person and their low-life attorney to back-off, forewarning we would take legal recourse against them should they continue to pursue. The party and their counsel without hesitation withdrew their accusation and action and never heard from them again!
