I went to grade and middle schools with Armando who I always knew as Mando. We weren't friends per say, but we knew each other. I remember him being very outspoken and debating. (He's been at this since childhood folks) Fast forward all these years later. I had a serious personal issue and couldn't get through to legal aid or anyone that could answer a few questions I had regarding my issue.
