My experience with this law firm have been nothing short of extraordinary. I had a reluctance at first bcuz it was my employer's law firm. I was struck by a big rig tractor and was injured.. The dispatcher was dishonest, rude, bullied me and shorted me over 400 miles of work in one month... So I felt a conflict.. But the owner was professional with me. 1.5 years later still having surgeries. But I feel well represented.. I am glad the owner recommended Gage Mathers to me . I had a life changing experience working with Gage Mathers and his team. I've lived in an apartment complex that has been neglectful of the tenants as well as the facilities, consistently ignoring our maintenance requests or our concerns with the public areas of the complex. A mix of degraded and broken asphalt, as well as the lights being burned out in the parking lot, lead to me getting injured and breaking my foot. I immediately let the front office know of the situation and they pretty much just said "Oops, our bad", and did nothing about the parking lot or the lights. My next calls were to different attorney offices. When I reached Gage and his team they were extremely honest about how this would be an uphill battle and it may not end up in my favor, but they were willing to try. They also warned me that it would take time. Possibly over a year. I accepted, waited, let them do their thing, and I am SOO grateful for the work they put in! I would get calls from Monique, who was always pleasant and professional, around the time they would schedule me, even if there were no updates. It took a little more than a year, but they had worked everything out and started negotiations. Gage and his team definitely went to the mats and fought for me! With their help I am now able to afford to move out of this complex and into better accommodations.
