Nice staff, but my experience differs every time I’ve spoken with someone from the team. I guess that’s why there’s a team that works on one case. The entire time i felt like a afterthought while trying to resolve my case. For starters i requested my police report 5 months into the case, the whole entire time the police reports wasn’t mine. How can you properly deal with my case without having the correct police report. As i said before i felt like a afterthought no one never returned my call or emails, i had to call multiple times to speak with someone and it was a different person every time and the information changed every time. I think 2years is along time to resolve a automobile accident when one party in obviously at fault and has claimed fault. I should have done more research before going with this attorney. I glad this is over.

I had the great pleasure of speaking with Mark from Gage Mathers on 5/22 to inquire about a malpractice case. Although he was unable to take my case due to his limited bandwidth and high case load, Mark went above and beyond by taking the time to listen to my situation and was able to advise me accordingly. Mark is a wealth of knowledge and had provided me valuable information I needed for my particular case. I greatly appreciate how thorough he was and took the time to sufficiently respond to all of my questions. He was also able to refer me over to another great attorney and provided them with the information I had provided him during our conversation. I had been searching for an attorney for several weeks - either they did not have the bandwidth to take my case or they were not responsive which was quite discouraging and frustrating to say the least. I am not one to write reviews unless they are usually bad ones. Not in this case Mark Ryan was my attorney and I can't say enough great things about him, Martin and the firm. This truly was the best experience I've had with an attorney and I've had the T.V commercial lawyers, family lawyers, and everything in between. Mark was upfront and honest with every aspect of my family's case. I never felt led on or B's through the process. Every time I spoke with Mark he was straight forward and always did exactly what he said he would do. My family and I are truly grateful that Mark and Martin handling our case they made sure to what was best on our behalf. I would recommend them to family and friends. If I'm ever in this situation again Gage and Mathers will be my first and only phone call. Oh and I will definitely be seeking Mark Ryan as my attorney he is the man.

I'm not giving a 1 star because I did not win, even though I'm a little disappointed with the outcome of this case I had.i will not mention anyone's name either at this firm,but what you don't do ,is to call up the client after they have spoken to you numerous times on the phone to only tell me they saw a video of my mother falling at a facility to finding out it was someone else's case instead of mine,he is no longer there but I hope he gets it together where he is now,but all in all as long as this case was going on,I think mine went on too long and I don't think they were aggressive enough..

Joe dropped my case since I am rude 🤦🏻‍♂️to Joes staff apparently, how is asking your firm to do the job you were hired to do rude? Specially when I’m still being contacted by the at fault insurance party and being questioned? I feel like this wasn’t right! I did my job and provided everything that was asked of me, and Joe is very nice during my free consult after that everything changed 💯.
