She is excellent in the work she does. I have been working with her for over 3 years. She is willing to go on and beyond to fight for what’s rite, using different strategies… Also she has the knowledge to receive resolutions out of court!!! Overall she has a great personality and you will appreciate the quality of her work.

I hired Kim after interviewing three lawyers. Kim's representation of me was well worth the money I paid. Kim's fees were also the lowest. Kim's knowledge of DUI and her ability to navigate you through are finesse. Kim helped me streamline everything including the car breathalizer, the mandated education classes, DMV proccess & my jail time. Through a couple of Kim's contingency filings I was able to do my tent city time in Apr. not extreme months like July or Dec. I did have a negative & stressful dealing with someone that worked under Kim that I had to work with while she was out of town but all in all I was in very good hands. A few months ago my husband find a bike at work he left the bike against the dumpster and towards the end of his day noone claimed the bike. He brought the bike home posted it on craigslist. He then got in trouble for trafficing stolen property he didnt have no idea the bike was stolen. My husband was looking at 2-7 yrs in prison for his prior convction from 10 yrs ago that the state brought up in his present case. Kimberly wrote a 6 pg letter proving and stating all the facts. First of all, the initial consultation Kimberly offered was superior than other lawyers I called. I recall spending at least an hour explaining my situation. Kim was very attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She has a policy of returning phone call within 24-48 hours and you will talk to her every time. She even gave me her cellphone number to keep in contact which is unheard of for someone with such a busy schedule. She is very honest and humble. Her rates are below everyone else that I called for my DUI case but that is only because you pay for her services, not leather couches in a lobby. At first, it sounded too good to be true but I went with my gut on this and she turned out to be an amazing lawyer. Will definitely consult with her for future cases.
