Awesome guy took the time out of his day today to talk to me for a scam I had fallen for unfortunately. David approached my sensitive family case matter with sincerity and an expertise I could see right away. I was arrested in early October at Ike’s Sandwiches drive thru. I was asleep in drive thru waiting for them to make my order, and had 2 1/2 hard seltzer’s plus lots of cough medicine. I had no idea what to do, but My wife found CHM online while I was in custody. I spoke to David Maletta on the phone and then we had a meeting the next day. He was always honest and professional. He instructed me on how bad a DUI is on your record and that we would go to court if necessary. I worked with David from October to December. He kept me up to date and was encouraging. My biggest fear was going to court and then losing. Being in Mesa with a population that does not like alcohol or drink or understand it, this was scary. I received a plea deal for a reckless driving and no DUI. I had to pay a fine, do 20 hours of community service, go to alcohol school and maybe driving school with one night in jail (not the ten for a DUI). David and my wife and I felt this was a great deal and would be beneficial to everyone. When I got to court with David, I noticed the Prosecutor was not happy. I found she was not happy with David and she would not have approved the plea deal. She would have fought for DUI guilty verdict in court. David went around her and found someone to approve my good cause exception and a favorable plea. David was hoping this person would not get in trouble for helping us. I did get the plea agreement even though the Prosecutor was really angry, but she did keep the word of the Office. David also asked the judge for no jail time due it being Christmas. While denied, it showed me how David would work for me. I was extremely happy with the service of David and everyone at CHM. I would recommend David to any person who has a DUI. He will fight for you and this is not an advertisement on TV but his real actions. Thank you everyone at CHM. Happy client.

First and foremost, The BEST law team in the state. No joke! Before contacting Tim and David, I had the worst experience with a court appointed attorney, she didn’t listen, she was abusive. She thought she could talk and treat anyone just however she wanted. She wouldn’t, and I mean refused to work for me. She has already shown signs of not knowing her job or even who she was dealing with in her own house. Had grand claims of being well known and have practiced in the valley for 10 years. Yet, nobody even knew her name. She had to be fired immediately as I knew she would be absolutely useless to me and even damaging to my case. I then started reaching out to friends of mine for anyone who knew of a great attorney. At this point, I had received a referral from a friend from a different state. He told me they were really well educated and could possibly help. I knew I needed a team that would work hard for me, support me, listen to me and help me find the best action plan to accomplish my desired outcome. I needed someone with as much heart and gull that I would have had when tackling this situation. Also integrity and character are big with me. You don’t have these, you don’t work for me. Period! After setting up an appointment for a consult, I knew right away they were my team. Tim and David not only listened to me but also informed me of where I went wrong, and how I could handle it moving forward. They weren’t afraid to tell me the truth. They were compassionate but real, They are confident, well educated and also well known in their field. They are a powerhouse team. That truly work for you. Dave Maletta is the DUI Wizard! Getting a DUI in Prescott, Arizona is like falling into the abyss. It’s a huge source of revenue for the city, and the police are determined to get you, by hook or crook. A prominent local attorney had my case for months, and told me to plead guilty because “nobody ever wins DUI cases in Prescott.” Thank God I called Dave - who answered the phone, at his home, at 9pm the night before I was supposed to enter my guilty plea. We had a zoom meeting with Tim Hintze the next morning at 6am, three hours before my hearing. They asked succinct questions, and were sharp enough to immediately identify several weak spots, and then swept in to stop things literally as the hearing was to begin. Totally ticked off the judge, who then put them under extreme time pressure- only 2 months to prepare for a jury trial. We knew it was going to be an uphill battle, but thanks to their excellent preparation, and Dave’s skill, tenacity, and dogged determination, DUI charges were dropped! I’m so thankful Dave and his team were on my side! Don’t go to court without him!

He is not afraid to go to trial and fight for his clients, like other attorneys that just plead their clients to the original charges. When he is in trial, he flips a switch and goes from a nice guy to a killing machine. He fights for his clients like no one I have ever seen.
