The challenging volunteer job of being on an HOA Board of Directors and ultimately becoming a Board President is not an easy undertaking. Beth Mulcahy and the Mulcahy Law Firm’s FaceBook live presentations and seminars provide so much guidance to Board Members.The First Friday events are invaluable to Board Members and owners. The Cheat Sheets are a wealth of knowledge. Having them on my side during my Presidency, as we endured the pandemic, was invaluable. Beth’s experience is second to none and she is such an approachable, genuine person.

3 Years ago as a new HOA board member training was a rare event. 2 Years of twice a month complimentary opportunities to learn from the "experience and knowledge" shared by Beth Mulcahy has elevated my confidence to now serve as president. Miss Mucahy has a genuine good heart and a concern for others. She takes time help others with kindness and an open mind. I contacted her seeking guidance and specific answers. She took time out of here busy scheduled listen to my concerns about HOA that I am dealing with. She was also encouraging and supportive of the homework I have done in knowing the governing documents of our Association. She provided me with her website and videos trainings to me know the law and be able to resolve issues that come in HOA Board Meeting.

So much information! Very clear and easy to understand class.

The negative reviews ARE 100% accurate, DO NOT IGNORE THEM regardless of their false statements of "you were NEVER a client." Our HOA experienced every one of them! They do not communicate efficiently, they consistently drop the ball, they DO NOT practice ethically, and they will continue to bill for services never rendered. I fought their bills two times, and both times could prove the service were not rendered, and ironically both times "fees were waived." To claim ethical practice is absolutely FALSE. I HIGHLY recommend the firm NOT respond with false information stating we were "NEVER clients" because I have a legal agreement indicating otherwise that I am happy to share a photo of. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM due to unethical practices, failure to provide services as per the agreement, and horrible communication internally and externally.

Beware of these attorneys... they will communicate with you via email rather than take a phone call to adress any concerns. When the conversations done they will charge you legal fees for their time, without ever stating that by entering conversation with them you will owe them. As a property owner, I am a member of the HOA. Mulchay lawfirm represents my HOA. Therefore, I am a client of Mulcahy law firms. Their response says everything.
