Tyler explains everything step by step. He is willing to work with me on a payment I can manage. He returns emails most times within a few minutes. At this point I wish I could give him minus five stars or so. That was at the beginning of the case. When it started to look like It was going to be a little more work than he thought. Things changed Very quickly. I would ask him what was going on. He would say it's a long process. As it came closer to the time I had the interview with the EEOC. I would ask him what to expect and he said they're just going to ask you a bunch of. It wasn't until a couple hours before my interview time, he gave finally gave me a few pointers and explained a little bit more but I had no time to ask questions because it was the 11th hour. He did not even tell me the two options that the EEOC had after the interview was over. I did not find that out until I was on the phone. At the last minute he decided he would join me for the interview. He was not much help he said you could not be much help but I did not learn that until minutes before the interview. When the interview was over we were given the right to sue and I thought that was a good thing. But it's not what Tyler wanted but he never told me. After that we were disagreeing on just about everything and communication came to a complete halt. Soon after that he withdrew as my attorney. Granted he gave me a full refund on all the money I had paid. But left me without a lawyer and a rebuttal statement that was due in a couple weeks. The other party by all-day 72-page statement. I don't even know where to begin. The only advice Tyler gave me was ask for extension. I did that they gave me a week. I have until the 18th to come up with this statement. And 72 pages to go through from the other party and try to figure out what I'm supposed to do myself. Tyler is a jekyll-and-hyde. When the going gets tough he backs down. I tried getting another a lawyer with no luck. Be warned if your case starts taking a downward turn don't be surprised if Tyler withdrawals as your attorney and leave you to finish it yourself. I have no idea what I'm doing I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with this. And as I said the advice I got from him was to ask a extension. They could give me a year extension and I still would not even know where to begin. I am going up against Jack in the box by myself. Thank you very much Tyler for putting me in this position. I have no choice but to do this myself

Can't find a lawyer to help with my case anywhere! Been searching for 7+ months and still nothing!

I got a ticket in AZ, and contacted them. They answered right away and explained everything I needed to know. I would 100% recommend these guys.
