Had a situation unfold at the workplace with one my previous employers. Engaged Tyler's firm post doing some research for local law teams. Since day one, I was in communication with Tyler himself and his great staff. Tyler and the team were fantastic to work with. Very detailed, always felt like they were on my side/had my best interest at heart. I truly enjoyed being able to text, email, or call at anytime to ask questions, raise concerns, etc. and it was always a quick response and enjoyable experience, highly recommended. Tyler also kept it transparent and provided his honest opinion and insight from historical cases. Ultimately we won the case, and could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Tyler and team for everything, sincerely appreciated!!!!

I gave them all the evidence necessary for me to have my case dismissed. The lawyer John Oyas had told me that he was going to acquire body cam footage from the officer and footage from the scale port of entry to prove my case to the prosecutor and have it dismissed and quote on quote (give them hell). Well absolutely none of that happened and they just kept trying to get my ticket dropped to the lowest charge possible. I paid them 1,000$ to fight for me. And when John said that if I wanted to take it to court that it would be another 700$. I said that was fine that I wanted to fight it because I know I would win. Well he choose not to fight it and just kept trying to make a deal with the prosecutor. Also he would say one thing over the phone and then send an email with something else. It was very irritating dealing with him, but I decided I was tired of the constant court dates and him not trying to fight for me that I just gave in and said to get it over with. Took the plea deal and had to pay a fine. I regret not paying more for the other lawyer CDL Legal offered me that was more expensive. I would advise to get a better lawyer that wants to win, EVEN if it costs more for that other lawyer. Because these guys aren’t trying to win for you. They are just trying to make quick deals and get the case over with and onto the next.

Mr Matt McGregor is the Lawyer for the Lawyers. He is the "Decider" of all Complaints. No panel, no second opinion, no alternate source of intake. He wouldn't accept My complaint . Against My late Father's Attorney for failure to inform Mom.about Dad's Estate. Instead He said I should complain to the Attorneys Mother who is the Trustee. I suppose technically in Lawyer World he has a point. But to You and I regular Folks that begs the question. Why doesn't the attorney tell His Mom to do Her job And tell the Widow She's not as Poor as She thinks She is. ? Far to pragmatic and problem solving for Lawyer World. Lord help us. Does this go on in the Medical World? " Can't take that complaint. The Nurse is the one you need to complain about". Thank You Matt. It was lively and eye opening. It would have been comical if not for the gravity of Mom never knowing Dad kept His word and did actually take care of Her. Gone is Her Dream of joining Her Son in San Di San Diego. I have had My Inheritance hijacked by an Attorney and His Mother. Should have noticed the Red Flags from San Diego when I found that Dad's Attorney had become his Bowling Partner. I would wager good money if I had it. That the lawyer hasn't seen the inside of a Bowling Alley since Dads passing . . .. I have appealed to The Probate Court in search of Justice and Accountability long overdue. DES is Holding all Parties Accountable. My Nephews career as a Lawyer isn't getting a Good start. He has three Rental Homes so He will be just fine. How do You get those ? OPM is How. Other People's Money for You Non Victims.

I was in accident I contact Lerner Rowe the accident left my car totaled and body injury I contact the attorney that I reach from info given and case manager very hard to contact to tell them therapy office how I being treated got frustrated in great deal of pain with person that answer called multiple times ask to speak to your corporate office I lost control and use profanity finally the attorney return my call she closing my case she would not represent me I was being mistreated me the owner of Back Health spine reach out to me and listen he said he took the concern serious the attorney was very brutal insurance company contact me the attorney close the case put lien monies that the insurance will pay for injury this attorney had no compassion I was treated badly by this firmi see nothing this attorney did for my case the good part is the stress is gone

I enjoyed speaking with them and learned some interesting facts. They are very careful not to cross lines legally, but are fair and kind. They were even concerned when I mentioned a longer wait time to speak with a supervisor. But my call dropped, so that wait was my decision: I had options to leave a message instead.
