Iv never been in a car accident before, so I was completely in the unknown, Dr. Albert Kim referred me because he saw how clueless I was, I took the chance and made possible the greatest decision iv ever made out of the 30 years iv been on this planet, that’s when I came in contact with the wonderful Jessica Cardenas she was absolutely wonderful she helped me and thoroughly walked me through the whole process, when I would call she would answer, and questions I had were carefully answered to help me understand, it was honestly like calling a friend, even when I would get nervous about calling a doctor to Reschedule (because I am a millennial and my mom did everything for me) she would call the doctor and have them reschedule.
