Corey and Kathy offered exceptional guidance and support during my first time dealing with this situation. Their professionalism and patience were greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of their services after a red light accident. Well, after a few months, they stopped assisting me with the adjuster, I am still owed money from my rental and no help at all from these clowns! Once the settlement was about to be final, all communication stopped!! Just to get my check was a pain on the ass!! DO NOT GET ZANES LAW!!!!!!

Filled in a form to speak to someone about a potential case and to get some answers for peace of mind, 5-10 minutes at most. They responded immediately and set up a time to speak about it further. Seemed friendly, interested, and professional. I set time aside from work for the meeting. When the time came to meet, I waited yet no one called me from this firm. So, I called them to speak to the person I was to meet with. That person wouldn't speak to me, but the receptionist told me they aren't interested in learning more about my situation. That's fine they don't want the case, but this should have been handled differently and maybe spend time with me like they said they would. Do what you say you are going to do; pretty simple stuff. Very disappointed in their lack of professionalism so I won't be coming to this firm if I ever need such a service. I'll also let others in my circle know not to waste their time with Zane Law if they want to be treated respectfully.

I am grateful that Zanes Law took my case. My attorney and case manager through Zanes have made sure that I've been taken care of by the appropriate doctors and physical therapists, so that I can recover well from the injuries I obtained through a car accident I had in 2023. They are on top of everything, to get me the care and help I need when I need it.
