I had, had very little experience with legal matters before but found the office and staff kind, friendly and professional. Vanessa who guided and was of great help to me, in many ways. I give a excellent five star reference. Michael too, who was my lawyer I would give the highest recommendation..Showing the best one could need. This legal firm is wonderful.

Originally they prompted me to send them details for a case. I spent a lot of time and energy on the materials and after they said they would help me, sent a letter in the mail stating that "We regret you did not feel ready to pursue the matter with us at this time" when in fact I WAS ready to pursue the matter.

Juliann DuBerry was the primary attorney I worked with, but she was also supported by others in the office. She walked me through the whole process to where I could understand everything. She was always available for my calls and always answered my questions, even if they were repeats. There was never a moment where I doubted all the support they would provide me. I’m so thankful I had Juliann and her team there to support me through everything! I would have been lost without them!

They have been great at keeping me up to date on the process. The times we have had to set a time to speak on the phone the attorney has always been punctual which was great for me because i had to take the call on my lunch. I appreciate that I can text them because I not always able to make a call during the day. Overall its been an easy process because of them.

I was able to speak to my attorney regarding my case and am pleased worn outcome. Although t they do need to focus on communicating some the end result is not what i expected but I'm very happy about our. There was times i got frustrated bring recent single father struggling and then to have this happen. I needed to be more patient. Thank you for putting up with me and getting it done beyond expectation.
