Don't EVER EVER choose Goldberg & Osborne! A woman pulling out in front of me a year ago ruined my life and my families! I'm still in pain and not once did they ask how I was. I had to take care of everything myself because they made so many mistakes! They ask for 33% but couldn't get my loss wages right, my accident right or even my mother's death! They received more than I did and they treated me like I was a bother! HORRIBLE Attorneys!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!! This is some kind of machine operation. They want to do "zero" work. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive comments about Stephanie weren't written by herself. That's just my opinion but they all sound so similar. I am talking about two cases here. Mine, I took elsewhere. My friend finished his with these "losers" and after 2 years of basically no communication, he settled just to get it over with and got an very tiny amount. He was very dissatisfied too. The lawyers got the most and he told me that that is not how he understood how the split was going to be handled from the beginnning. My friend is a smart fella and he told me that he was very clear with them about how the % was going to be divied up and they assured him but then after he signed off, it was a different story. Be very, very careful. Better, in my opinion, to find someone that really is a good lawyer. Most of the lawyers working at G&O, in my opinion, are not "good" lawyers. I would call them "bottom of the barrel." If you have a hundred million case, you might get a lawyer to really work it. If not, you'll likely do better to negotiate with the insurance company yourself.

Don't know what kind of cases to take.

After being in a serious car accident in 2011, I hired Stephanie Ireland from Goldberg & Osborn to help me with my case. During my recovery, Stephanie and her team were extremely helpful in navigating the minefield of doctors, paperwork and insurance companies. As my case progressed, I felt secure knowing that Stephanie really knew what she was doing, and that she would do her absolute best for me. My phone calls were always returned and my questions addressed, so that I could understand what was going on each step of the way. In the end, I was very pleased with the result of my case. I would highly recommend Stephanie Ireland to anyone seeking an injury lawyer.

The attourney who represented me was Stephanie ireland. She was amazing! Between Stephanie, and her legal assistant April Tetzlaff, I was always kept up to date with where my case was! I initially sought help due to injuries that I could not find a doctor to treat. Not only did they get me in to see a doctor the following day I say them, but I was able to heal! They were the easiest people to talk to, and they took all the time needed for me to understand where my case was going. They explained everything in clear and easy to understand language. They truly cared about my injuries, and making sure that my medical bills were paid.
