It was 2011 when my wife and I realized we were on to something and needed a patent attorney. We asked friends for references and interviewed lawyers from Florida to California. Then we came across Weiss and Moy. Although we're in Vegas and they are in Scottsdale AZ. it turned out that Jeff Moy makes a twice monthly trip to Vegas to speak to new clients and to meet with existing clients in person to address any concerns. We made an appointment and knew immediately he would be a good fit for us. Jeff is very down to earth and extremely personable. He gave us all the time we needed at our initial meeting and has been there for us every step of the way since. Hes never made us feel that our questions were silly and trust me we have had allot of them.. Also when you hire Jeff that's who you get - he has taken all our calls and quickly responded to all of our emails. I could go on and on but one of the greatest benefits to working with Jeff and the team at Weiss and Moy is that they don't nickel and dime you for every little phone call, email etc... they have set prices for the work they do and that's the price you pay. What attorneys do that any more???...certainly not my securities attorney! lol. I am proud to say that with Jeff's help we received our first patent in 2013 and our amended patent containing our propriety enhancements to our product was approved just last week (3/2015).
