I was in a sever car accident, and didn't know what to do. I hired an attorney that was completely non-responsive, and I was concerned about my case. A friend of mine referred me to Chris Bistany. I didn't think it was an option to change attorneys after signing a contract. Chris met with me, and agreed that the previous attorney's actions (or lack thereof) were unacceptable. Not only did he take on my case, but even did all the legwork to disengage with my other attorney for me. No one likes the awkward break-up call, so this was a nice added touch. Chris's team set expectations with me that this would be a process, but they kept in contact the entire time, and were quick to respond when I had questions. In a situation like this, all you want is someone that will help you understand the process, and makes you feel like you're not alone.
