Judy Morse and her team took over my divorce after my first attorney left me high and dry. She was recommended to me by not one but two (!) separate acquaintances. Her firm was highly responsive, answering all my questions and concerns as they came up throughout the process, and Judy and her associate offered suggestions and strategies at every turn. Judy also drove our mediation, and I was very impressed with her on-the-fly thinking that helped us reach alignment. Judy also is great at politely but firmly removing emotion from the process, which (I came to learn) is essential in divorce proceedings. I HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone facing a high-conflict separation.

Judith Morse listened to what my needs were instead of trying to run up her fees and helped me reach an agreeable resolution with less costs and efforts. She was very personable and real. She really cared about me !

Tends to push for litigation instead of settling in a fair manner and seems to have difficulty negotiating with men in general. Ended up costing me money due to her inability to compromise.

I have retained Judy now for over 5 years as my attorney post-divorce to aid my battle with an overzealous ex-spouse with countless frivolous accusations, requests, and shennanigans. Judy was able to not only prevent such actions from being recognized as valid, she was able to convince the court that I should be reimbursed for the attorneys fees in most cases to penalize my ex-spouse for wasting both my time and money to defend myself. Over the course of the 5 years, and still today, Judy has been a solid sounding board for my concerns, requests, judgement calls, and communication efforts, always in very timely and responsive fashion. Judy's inside team of professionals have played a critical part in small matters that needed immediate attention and should be applauded as well, sometimes it takes a team not just a single person, and Judy has built that within her practice.

Just has helped me several times over the past 12 years and she always amazes me. I would liken Judy and her paralegal team to the litigator version of the Avengers. I was completely distressed when I first hired her services. She and her team took over my case with efficiency, kindness, and drive. Her unwavering responsiveness never let me feel pushed aside.

Ms. Morse represented me in a divorce case and recently in another matter regarding that. The offices are very comfortable and not imposing. The staff was always responsive to my questions. Ms. Morse is soft spoken but was direct in her opinions of the case and what to expect as things move forward. She is very well prepared in court and all exhibits were plainly marked. Ms. Morse professionalism shows from beginning to end. I have been very pleased with the representation and would highly recommend her.

Judy Morse has been working on my case for years. My case has generated some very unique and difficult situations and Ms Morse, along with her staff, has guided me through the most difficult parts of my child custody and child support issues. The duration of my ongoing case, and the many issues it has dealt with, has been trying but Ms Morse and her staff have kept me well informed of what was happening during the litigation process and they have advised me on the best way to deal with the courts, the numerous professionals assigned to the case, and the other party on a wide range of issues.

Overall I was quite satisfied with the respresentation that Ms. Morse. The only issues that I had were with several documents sent to me with simple typos and mistakes that should have been caught prior to sending them out to me. Then billing me for the time that it took to make changes to documents with those typos, I didn't feel that was right. Now the billing was adjusted upon my request, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Secondly, my initial agreed to rate was not on my billing as well. This again happened a couple times and ultimately changed per my request. On the positive side, Judith and her whole staff were wonderful to work with and quite helpful with my entire case. They were responsive to my requests and communicated with me at all times of during the case. I would recommend Judith for divorce case work.
