Emily and her team were phenomenal! I couldn't have been happier with service, and that this important task is done!

Starting from scratch, not knowing a thing about estate planning, they held our hand and answered every single question. It’s too bad we can’t put 10 stars because that’s what they deserve for the hoops they jump through, making sure that everything was in place for us. We now know that our daughter and son are secure in their future dealing with their firm. Highly recommend to everyone we know.

Emily and her staff are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We’d been putting off updating our 20-yr-old special needs trust for a while now, but once we started the process with Emily, it was painless. She knows everything about protecting special needs children (or adults) after their parents pass away. She brought up a lot of things we didn’t know and made sure our plan would execute exactly the way it needs to. It’s clear she really cares about the families she serves. You can’t go wrong choosing her.

Emily, Jessica, and the whole team are just wonderful! They did a great job explaining trust process for our special needs son. When it came to signing day everything went smoothly and very quickly. (We also had our wills, advance healthcare directive and our family trust completed). They also did a great job when a 2nd special needs trust needed to created based on my parent's trust that was implemented after their passing. As well as helping us work with the trustee of my parent's trust. Again, I highly recommend Emily and her entire team.

Today we finalized our trust documents with Emily Taylor. I would say she and Michelle Franz made this process seamless. Arizona law and Illinois law are very different. Questions answered, direction made easy and it was done. Highly recommend. Thanks to all!

My wife and I used Emily and her team in July of 2021 to review and update our Family Trust which was originally drawn up back in 2001. Working with her and the team was great, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the time they spent with us to explain the different aspects of our Trust, and the assistance they provided to ensure we were able to retitle our important assets as needed. When questions come up concerning our Trust they are just a phone call or email away, and have always been very responsive.

My wife and I engaged Emily Taylor Laww PLLC to create a Revocable Living Trust. Such a smart move! Emily Taylor and Camille Needs did an outstanding job preparing not only the Living Trust, but also Last Wills and Testaments, Powers of Attorney, Health Directives and numerous other documents that round out a comprehensive estate plan. It was a joy working with them; so personable, understanding and patient with all our questions. Really appreciate Camille's work in preparing professional estate plan binder, complete with the originals and full set of copies including all documents saved on a thumb drive. They have our complete trust and highest recommendation.

I am not one to gush and gloss and overstate. Simply put, the value of what we paid for our estate documents, when considering the fantastic blend of personality, professionalism, and knowledge that Emily and her entire staff (shout out to Michelle Franz!) displayed, was maybe the best we've ever received from any service of any kind.
