First off I want to say Mr. Saienni and Brook Jolley are very kind people IN GENERAL. Then I would like to add that their professionalism was absolutely top tier. Brook would always make sure to keep me updated on things whether it was a call or email, the communication always stayed on point. They were always easy to connect with and if they missed a call you will most certainly get a call back. More importantly, I discovered that I had 7 counts against me one of them being a class 2. From the moment I contacted and met with Mr. Saienni I was more at ease and hopefully than I had been before. His confidence, his upfront communication, his laid back but yet professional demeanor gave me the confidence and unquestionable trust that everything would be just fine . What that being said he was able to get me down to a misdemeanor for my count 2 and all other charges dropped.
