Heather was very helpful. She was able to answer some of my questions and connect us to an attorney that could help us further. Definetly keeping this firm in mind for future needs.

We established a trust with MH Phoenix over 20 years ago. The estate plan and contact over the years was always professional. When they opened a New Mexico office we were happy and did a re-write and amendment- All good. In 2022 we were given less than 2 weeks notice via email that the NM office was closing. When I called to discuss options and requested to talk to an attorney I was treated rudely, disrespectfully and in a totally unprofessional manner. I insisted on talking to an attorney and they refused, however, an office manager called back but, of course, nothing was going to change. Needless to say 20 years of trust(no pun) was immediately erased by 2 events that could have been easily prevented. For this reason I would not recommend them because of the manner in which I was treated. Better stated I am not sure they really care about people.

They quit practicing in NM, failed to properly inform clients and were rude when we asked for files to be moved to another firm (until I called a 2nd time and reached a very nice woman in AZ)

Keith was very knowledgeable and helped in preparing my friends will and trust. Would HIGHLY recommend him.

They always complete their timely dead-line commitments and are always available for us with any questions we may have over the years. We highly recommend using this awesome firm for your Will/Trust documents. Also, I love that they contact you regularly every three year period to discuss any new law changes that can effect your Trust with any inheritor tax advantages regarding your Trust.
