After my husband’s accident he called Sweet James. They were great in the beginning but they have switched his attorney MULTIPLE times. The case is settled and he still has not received check. It’s been over a month. All medical was paid and I’m sure that the firm has been paid well too. They take more than 24 hrs to return calls and sometimes over a week to respond to emails.

After dealing with this company I would tell anyone thinking about being represented by them to stay away. I was hit by a semi truck in a parking lot parked and dragged 235ft under the trailer. The offer from the insurance was enough to pay my medical and put a good chunk in their pocket and I would of walked away with nothing. They would constantly call me to threaten me to sign for the low amount or they wouldn't continue representing me. Telling me it's hard to represent you because your homeless and don't have a car to come to court so you should sign today so they can get paid. Telling me my case showed up on their desk and they are trying to deal with it. Calling my wife and telling her I got out presettlement loans behind her back that never happened. Telling me it's too late to have my state insurance that I had during treatment to cover me medical when they had three years to get it done and they were all to eager to pay half the check to medical and keep the rest. it took two and a half years for them to collect my paystubs from missed work. After fighting them and the insurance for three years I got an offer for twice the amount they told me I would never get. I got that check despite them not because they fought for me and they have their greedy hands out for 40% of an amount they fought me to ever get to. It's sick!!

So thankful for him! He really cares for his clients! And is very understanding! Didn’t mind taking my calls whenever I needed him! He got me home to my baby. I got off probation and completed everything , couldn’t be more greatful.
