If there was an opportunity to give this 10 stars then I would! Elizabeth and Mike are professional, knowledgable and helped walk me through my situation on how to evenly divide up assets that my Mom left behind and needed to be split between myself and 2 other siblings. Elizabeth knew exactly the situation that would work best and how to construct it so that it would be fair and equal for all of us without ever having to step foot in a courtroom. They are very nice and very good @ getting information to u without any problems. Landlord/tenant laws are tough. Will directly be able to see the property and the lease agreement. I recommend 👌.
