Thank you to Caleb Lihn of Taylor & Lihn, and his amazing team - Kimberly, Michelle, Hannah and Catey. I first had the pleasure of meeting Caleb when he assisted me after my mom passed. His professional approach, expertise, respect and caring were quite obvious from the moment he sat down and spoke. I felt quite relaxed. The next time I spoke with Caleb was when he assisted me with my estate plan. This was something I had been planning on taking care of for years, but for whatever reason, I kept putting off. After initially meeting with Caleb, I came to realize that I wasn’t putting this off. I was just waiting for the right lawyer. I immediately knew he was perfect for me! It is quite different when you are looking at your own life in front of you and making decisions! Caleb did not try to “sell” me documents that were not necessary for me. He immediately explained exactly what I did and did not need. Caleb and his team reassured me every step of the way, and made sure I was comfortable before I signed off on all documents. Each and every one of you were a calming source throughout! Questions were answered before I even asked. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all the time and attention you took to make this happen. Thank you for your patience throughout! Caleb is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you for the amazing experience provided to me each and every time we spoke, whether it was in person, via ZOOM or a phone call. In addition, my documents were organized in a professional binder (as opposed to a two pocket paper folder). I was also provided with a thumb drive containing digital copies of my documents. To go one step further, shortly after my signing, I received a letter from Caleb thanking me for allowing him to represent me in the preparation of my estate plan. My experience was above and beyond what I imagined! I highly recommend Taylor & Lihn. Caleb and his team are the real deal! They will not disappoint!

Caleb is an exemplary professional, who I hired to draw up my Living Will, and to document my durable power of attorney and healthcare power of attorney. Caleb was straightforward, and patient in answering all of my questions, of which there were many. He was gracious in adapting to my busy pre-surgery schedule, and provided a concise product in an efficient and timely manner.

Going into this process with a great deal of trepidation (do I know I can trust this person? do they know their stuff?) I can say that we had nothing but an extremely positive experience with Caleb and his firm. We redid our Family Trust, Powers of Attorney, Wills, and even a Special Needs Trust. All was completed in a professional, yet empathetic and personal fashion. Caleb (and staff) ensured that we were informed of all aspects of each document, in layman's terms, and were never rushed or felt as if they were condescending in any way. The turnaround time was extremely reasonable, and costs very reasonable. I can, without hesitation, recommend Caleb Lihn in the highest, most unqualified fashion, to anyone.

We hired Caleb to help us with a Trust. We had hired another Elder Care Attorney and soon realized that we were not comfortable with her advise. We had a conversation silt with Caleb and hire him to set up our Trust. We are very very happy with his advise and direction. I would highly recommend Caleb Lihn.
